TORONTO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Achievers, the world’s most utilized recognition and reward software that engages nearly 5 million employees every day across 190+ countries, is celebrating a milestone year of growth, innovation, and industry leadership.

In 2025, Achievers surpassed 1 billion employee interactions on its platform – cementing its position as the most used recognition platform in the market and reinforcing recognition as one of the most critical drivers of engagement in the modern workplace. The company’s momentum was fueled by expanded AI offerings, four major research reports, an expanding ecosystem of strategic partnerships, and several first-place industry accolades.

Scott Landers, CEO of Achievers, remarked, “It’s not easy to change the way the world works, especially since it moves so quickly.” “I’m very proud of how our team has embraced uncertainty to make the workplace better when it matters most.” In the New Year, we hope to expand on our success with new ideas that provide leaders the tools they need to create better, more human workplaces.

New Product Breakthrough

In 2025, Achievers sped up its AI strategy and started the second half of the decade with a new product vision based on years of work that made Achievers the recognition engine used twice as often as the industry standard. This new vision makes Achievers the clear leader in recognition throughout the world, opens up new ways for behavioral insights to help leadership and boost performance, and connects the HR ecosystem further.

The company released numerous products as part of this plan, such as its first AI Assistant and Recognition Toolkit. These tools were made to let managers and teams give meaningful recognition more easily than ever.

Achievers also strengthened several long-term collaborations by releasing new products and features. These include a new Microsoft app, the Learn & Recognize app with Workday, and a partnership with CipherHealth to provide patient-driven recognition. These new ideas help people grow with confidence and give businesses the flexibility they need in today’s fast-paced work environment.

Achievers Intelligence, a new layer of insight and prediction that combines Achievers’ leadership in recognition, its large behavioral dataset, and its growing integrations, also made its debut this year. Achievers Intelligence gives HR leaders indications that look ahead, so they can better guess what their employees need and when they need it.

“Recognition stopped being a one-time thing and became a steady driver of employee engagement in 2025,” stated Jordan Ekers, VP of Commercial Strategy and Product Marketing at Achievers. “Our behavioral datasets have never been richer, with more than a billion interactions happening in the Achievers ecosystem.” That will enable HR directors go from reactive reporting to proactive decision-making while still keeping people in mind.

AWI’s Expanded Research Leadership

This year, Achievers worked hard to find the information that is most important to consumers. They did this by putting out the fifth edition of their annual State of Recognition Report and the eighth edition of their Engagement and Retention Report. Both studies are now reliable ways to find out what employees are thinking, feeling, and needing in a workplace that is changing quickly.

In all the reports, one thing was clear: the workplace is not a happy place. Recognition is going down all over the world, connections are getting weaker, and workers are saying they don’t trust or care about their jobs. These ideas make it clear that recognition is not something you can live without. It helps things stay stable while they expand in uncertain times.

AWI added two extra reports to its research to make sure that the results were as useful as possible. These reports looked at how recognition affects diverse groups of workers today, including those in different industries and generations. The research is clear: different parts of today’s workforce need different kinds of help. For example, healthcare workers need more recognition, manufacturing workers need more belonging, and Gen Z workers need more feedback.

Hannah Yardley, Chief People Officer of Achievers, remarked, “There is no one-size-fits-all answer to the current employee engagement crisis.” “But one thing is true for everyone: employees are having a hard time, and when people have a hard time, businesses have a hard time. It’s not hard to understand: treating your employees well is excellent for business. This is the way that firms that will be successful in 2026 will think.

Getting Awards and Recognition in the Industry

A lot of professional groups and awards programs think that 2025 was a great year for Achievers. Achievers ended the year on a high note by winning the Employee Recognition award in G2’s Winter 2026 Grid Reports, moving up in more than 50 reports, and appearing in 16 grid reports for the first time. The Brandon Hall Group, Everest Group, Fosway, and HRO Today also named the company’s AI and employee experience technology as the best in the business.

Not only did Achievers receive awards and reach milestones from outside the company, but its own recognition program, Aspire, just achieved 500,000 recognitions. This shows that Achievers knows how to make work work for its employees and set a good example for its customers. The company’s first A-List Awards, which acknowledged worldwide leaders who set a new standard in recognition and awards, were held at the same time as this dedication to internal excellence. All of these accomplishments helped Achievers win more Great Place to Work awards.

In general, 2025 was one of Achievers’ best years ever, both inside and outside the company. 2026 is already looking like it will be even better.
