PARIS, Dec. 4, 2025 /PRNewswire/ –HR Path, a global leader in HR consulting and HRIS solutions, announces the strategic acquisition of Blueprint HR Software Solutions, a subsidiary of Blueprint Technologies, an Indian-based company specializing in SAP SuccessFactors, Concur, and UKG solutions.
HR Path is a trusted partner for organizations that need help with the complicated world of Human Resources. They work in 28 countries and have more than 2,500 specialists on staff. The company provides consultation, implementation, and managed services that are meant to improve HR procedures and help the business expand. HR Path has been dedicated to changing HR practices around the world since it was founded in 2001.
Blueprint Technologies will keep running on its own and focusing on ERP services. However, its HR technology division, Blueprint HR Software, will join HR Path as part of this strategic alignment.
