BOSTON – July 29, 2025 – In a major step toward integrating real business context into AI workflows, HubSpot has launched the first CRM connector for Claude, enabling users to generate tailored insights, summaries, and visualizations based on their HubSpot data—directly within Claude.

This new integration empowers go-to-market teams to not only ask complex, plain-language questions but also to act on insights without ever leaving the HubSpot platform. Whether it’s optimizing marketing campaigns or accelerating sales engagement, Claude’s contextual intelligence now adapts to the needs of each team.

With this integration, Claude can now surface CRM-specific responses across various functions:

  • Marketing teams can identify email recipients who opened but didn’t click and generate charts for audience segmentation.
  • Sales reps can ask for a prioritized summary of active deals by name, value, stage, and closing date.
  • Support teams can retrieve open tickets sorted by urgency and creation time.
  • Customer success managers can compare resolution methods across channels to improve service consistency.

Secure, Role-Based Access by Design

Built with security and access controls in mind, the connector ensures that users only access CRM data they are authorized to view in HubSpot. For example, individual sales reps will only see deals they’re permitted to access. Additionally, Anthropic does not use customer data for model training unless customers opt in or provide feedback.

The integration is compatible with all HubSpot tiers and requires a paid Claude subscription (Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise).
