The acquisition, advised by Tucker Capital on behalf of MindPrint Learning, follows a successful multiyear partnership and advances Otus’ mission to provide educators with a comprehensive, unified view of every student. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Otus will start offering bundled or add-on pricing with this purchase, and MindPrint’s learner insights will be added directly to Otus student profiles. MindPrint objectively analyzes student learning strengths. It was created and tested by neuroscientists at the University of Pennsylvania’s Brain Behavior Lab. These insights, along with academic, behavioral, and attendance data in Otus, let teachers tailor lessons to each student or group of students and enable both individualized and group learning.
